Inspection of Jeans During the Manufacturing Process
Jeans have to be inspected thoroughly at every stage of the manufacturing process. This is even truer for mens blue jeans which are the most popular type of men’s jeans in the denim universe. You should not be surprised to note that I am wearing blue jeans as I write this article (whether I am male or female is however up to you to decide). Inspection is very necessary so as to maintain quality standards as millions of jeans are produced every day. Defective jeans (not genes) can pose serious health problems to their wearers. It is not uncommon for people to contract cancer after wearing jeans that had flaws, flaws ranging from the dyeing process to the chemicals used in washing the jeans themselves. The zips to be attached to the jeans must go through a lifetime of opening and closing to better simulate their role in life as they are going to be subjected to a lot of that once they are bought.
